Was able to find a temporary home for my son with some behavioral problems. At first I was concerned because the director didn’t really understand my needs but I think the owner made some positive changes and brought in a very special person who helped me and my son have great days. My experience there is very good and got even better with the change in management. I plan to bring my son back for VPK in the fall. Thank you for all your hard work, understanding and patience Ms. Shania and thank you to your wonderful team of teachers and understanding owner.
Horrible place to send your child to. After 3 years our daughter was getting hit and beat coming home with mark everyday for a couple weeks from the same little boy over and over but nothing was done about it. Place is dirty, kids are always crying, hitting each other, & fighting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They wanna charge $250 a week for nothing. No water days , no summer activities they have nothing those kids are locked up in a room most of the day. There are 2 teachers that are wonderful and looked out the best they could for our child but management needed to do better. The director has a nasty attitude wit no compassion. All these reviews are right and when they get bad reviews then they ask parents and bribe them to leave a positive reward for something in return. I’m disgusted with this place and so happy my daughter is gone and happy where she is. I hope the law shuts this place down after everything we’ve gone through and our daughter we are highly considering contacting legal matters and handling this in a legal way. Do not take your child here!!!!!

This daycare is amazing. I always get updates on how my little one is doing throughout the day and they absolutely love seeing her every day. The staff is amazing and takes amazing care of my baby. I highly recommend bringing your child to this daycare and i have recommended it to a couple of my friends that are expecting.

Kid city has definitely eased my mind as a parent who never thought they’d send their kids to daycare , but I have found a daycare where I know if something goes wrong they’re immediately doing what they’re supposed to & following protocol . Ms Jen has been such a great help in getting my son speech therapy & wasn’t hesitant at all with Sharing information. I welcomed a baby girl in April & they have been nothing but kind and welcoming her into kid city . I really wouldn’t want my kids to go anywhere but here . Mrs Barbara has been amazing to my sweet girl & I’m so thankful for the friendliness stuff . They always make you feel like family . I will Always recommend all kid city’s 🩵 1000/10 recommend Kid city USA.

I am incredibly impressed with the New staff and director at this place. Their dedication to creating a nurturing environment for my child is truly commendable. The team's professionalism, warmth, and commitment to early childhood education are evident in every interaction. The director's leadership is exceptional, fostering a positive atmosphere that reflects in the children's enthusiasm for learning. My experience with San Jose campus has been nothing but short of outstanding, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent looking for a great place for their child to learn and grow.
