Hello, this review is addressed to the owners of the daycare. The childcare itself is good, and the teachers do their best with the resources they have. However, the daycare facilities are not adequate. There's a clear lack of interest from management, who don't dedicate the time or resources to improving the daycare, from the completely neglected play area to the building's facade. We can also say that the customer service from management is very poor; they never answer the phone.

Very laid-back atmosphere. 1 block away from my house. The ladies take care of the kids without being too extra like some other daycares.
At first I thought this was a good day care becase I was recommended, up until one day my son told me the teacher slapped him in the face because they behaved bad. Obviously I would take my son’s word over anything . He never came at me about anything like this before. This explains why in the mornings when I would drop him off he wouldn’t want to stay there and start crying saying “I don’t want to stay.” Imagine, police reports were made and etc but the teacher who did it is still working there. They haven’t done anything about this situation and living day by day as if it didn’t happen. I will NOT recommend this day care to NO ONE!!
- i know child services were called in this day care due to a teacher that was hitting a child with special needs and she wasnt fired or anything even after the parent told the principal about the whole situation. Also, they supposeldy have cameras but they dont record anything so everything is just a show for the parents to think the cameras are working. The parent witness first hand and nothing was ever done. After asking the other kids around they also testified that yes the teacher would lay hands on them when they would misbehave.
Best daycare in the area, best teachers as well, feels like home here
